Cup of tea for your soul is a virtual relaxation series to support comfort, relaxation, and connection to a shared goal. Session 3 is all about Self Compassion. Research shows that self-compassion isn’t just a mushy new age concept. It has shown to increase our window of tolerance, decrease anxiety, and strengthen our relationships.

What to bring:

Journal & writing utensil
Comfortable clothes, comfortable place to sit or lay down
Soothing beverage of your choosing

Optional tip: How can you tap into your senses to enhance your relaxation experience? Do you have a preferred candle, hand lotion, or comfortable eye pillow? Perhaps a weighted blanket?

This time and space is completely for you.
